Regarding Programming Levels:
Programming Levels are from 0 to 20, with 0 denoting users who are absolute beginners. The programming Level 20 denotes that you are ready for competitive programming and can crack the coding interview process of companies offering you 10 Lakhs+ CTC.

Having a certification at Programming Level 5 indicates you are ready for major software services based MNCs like TCS, Cognizant, WIPRO, INFOSYS etc.

Having a certification at Programming Level 8-10 indicates you crack the interview process of product companies offering CTC in the range from 4.5 lakhs to 7.5 lakhs.

Having a certification at Programming Level 11-15 indicates you crack the interview process of product companies offering CTC in the range from 7.5 lakhs to 11 lakhs.

The eligibility to appear for a specific Programming Level is sequential.  That is only a user who has passed Programming Level 1 can apply for Skill Level 2. Same condition applies for other Programming Levels also - that is a user must have passed Programming Level N-1 test to attend Programming Level N test.

Programming Levels are important as you can know where you stand when comparing with other users competing with you. This is extremely important as more and more companies are opting for NATION WIDE Qualifier tests.

The user MUST have taken the test only from one IP address. To avoid multiple IP addresses do not switch networks or ask your friends to solve for you simultaneously.
